Are you an experienced Freight Forwarder ready for an exciting new challenge? Would you thrive in a role that offers both the dynamic feel of a start-up and the stability of a larger global business?
GRN Search Group is proud to be exclusively partnering with a US-based Freight Forwarding company as they launch their first Irish office, located close to Dublin Airport. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Freight Forwarder with experience in Air, Ocean or Road freight to play a key role in building this operation from the ground up.

The Role:
* Coordinate and route global freight shipments via Air, Ocean and/or Road
* Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance
* Liaise directly with clients and carriers to ensure seamless transport
* Provide real-time updates to customers and manage expectations
* Issue accurate invoices and Bill of Lading instructions
* Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays
The Person:
* Experience in Air, Ocean and/or Road Freight Forwarding
* Confident handling import or export processes
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
* A team player who enjoys being part of something new and exciting
