* 3+ years' experience in data quality, data governance, or analytics roles.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and data testing methods.
* Understanding of data governance principles and quality assurance procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Role and Reporting Lines
The position reports into the Data Governance Lead within the company’s Digital Transformation function. Key responsibilities include:
* Data Monitoring – Continuously assess the quality of data across systems and reporting environments.
* Governance & Classification – Implement and maintain data classification and governance policies.
* Dashboards & Insights – Design dashboards that highlight trends and support business decisions.
* Root Cause Analysis – Identify and address data anomalies and inconsistencies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to drive standards.
* QA Testing – Lead data quality testing procedures across different platforms.
* Performance Reporting – Track data quality metrics and present findings to senior stakeholders.
* Training & Development – Promote data quality best practices across the organisation.
