Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Data Analytics Specialist to join our People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting People data to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance. A strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize total rewards programs is a plus.

Reporting to: Head of Reward
Main accountabilities and key tasks:
* Evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs through data analysis and reporting.
* Analyse market trends and benchmark data to make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
* Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys, budgets, and performance-related pay.
* Support the Head of Reward with job evaluation and preparation to ensure CarTrawler is compliant with EU Pay transparency.
* Collect and organize People data from various sources, such as HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, and other internal databases.
* Analyse trends and patterns within HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and organizational effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to assess People performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with our Strategic People Partners, People Experience and Finance teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for People initiatives.
* Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to address specific People-related questions or challenges.
* Collaborate with People team members to ensure effective communication and implementation of total rewards programs.
* Support the Head of Reward with salary structure development, base pay administration and commission plan design.
Knowledge and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, data analytics or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
* Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on People related analytics.
* Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
* Familiarity with People related technologies and systems (e.g., Sage, SAP or Workday) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
