The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with processing payroll and general accounts admin duties. Below is an outline of the main responsibilities of the role.Key Responsibilities:Processing the monthly payroll data in an accurate, on-time and compliant mannerEnsuring that the quality of data input is of the highest standards of accuracyAssisting the wider Finance team with all general accounting responsibilitiesResponding to queries in a professional, timely mannerSupporting with the process of monthly client pension payrolls with flawless delivery and timely paymentAdministration of payroll related functions such as annual escalation, third party deductions, and pension scheme payroll funding management.Working with strict deadlinesPreparations for external auditsKey Skills:Minimum 2 years payroll/accounts experienceA thorough understanding of PAYE, USC, PRSI and Revenue Online System (ROS).Strong IT skills with extensive expereince with MS packagesExperience with a payroll software package is essentialStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent organisational, communication and attention to detail is essentialApplication Process:If you think you are a good fit for this role, then we invite you to applyThe Company reserves the right to draw up a shortlist as part of the selection process.
