Food & Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Food & Beverage Manager to lead our 4-star hotel's food and beverage operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
* Oversee restaurants and manage multiple outlets in hotels, utilizing extensive knowledge and expertise.
* Create a professional, innovative, and inclusive department that provides a seamless experience for guests.
* Develop menu composition and engineering, converting wine and spirits knowledge into sales and service opportunities.
* Promote food and beverage marketing techniques, including pricing strategies and inventory management.
* Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, governmental regulations, and safety standards.
* Effectively manage labor costs and forecast revenues, analyzing P&L statements and developing operating budgets.
* Utilize strategic planning skills to evaluate business trends and adapt to customer profiles.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager from a 4-star property with Irish experience.
* Passionate about food, wine, and people.
* Experience delivering premium service to guests.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with effective influence and consensus building abilities.
