Litigation Legal Secretary
This is a full-time role in a busy litigation department. The successful candidate will be based in our Wicklow office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transcribe dictation with high accuracy
* Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, letters, and other relevant papers
* Correspond with clients, witnesses, and counsel via email or phone
* Filing and administrative support to ensure smooth case management
* Manage diaries and calendars to ensure timely appointments and meetings
Requirements:
* Essential experience in a legal secretarial role
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
