Recruitment Manager for Construction Professionals
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our team and drive the growth and development of professional hires within the construction sector. The role is based in Cork or Dublin.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business strategy challenges and focus recruiting efforts accordingly.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Proactively review and refine processes to increase recruiter/hiring efficiencies, foster consistency, and support a positive candidate experience.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
* Lead talent team projects related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
* Provide reporting and metrics as needed by the business.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of recruitment expertise, preferably in construction or a technical area.
* A strong record of success.
* Effective team management and ability to grow and train teams.
* Experience in agency recruitment is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A high level of professionalism.
