The core accountability of this role is providing executive support and project management to the Global OM Head of Line of Business (LOB) including the following key responsibilities:
* Act as the right hand to the Head of LOB supporting in day to day activities, requests and escalations.
* Key point of contact for all communication relative to OM and/or Transformation Office for the LoB.
* Track the budget (consultancy, Travel, HR) and portfolio activities of the line of business, liaising with key stakeholders, including the TO reporting.
* Managing assignments and tasks independently and providing support for selected strategic activities (e.g. coordination of Audit/Compliance activities impacting/due by OM, supporting TOM implementation, etc).
* Creating top management presentations for use both internally and externally, briefings, reports, reviews, and analysis for key topics of importance to the LOB, as requested by Head of LOB.
* Ensure coordination of LoB meetings/offsites as directed by the Global OM Head. This may include setup, maintenance, and following up on key actions needed.
* Project Management of special projects as assigned by the OM Head of LOB Leader.
* Lead the change and transformation within the OM LOB area.
What you bring
* Knowledge of finance and accounting for e.g. Project costs, depreciation, capex etc.
* Use general office application tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
* Proven ability to monitor and manage interactions with all external, both contractual and non-contractual parties.
* Develop reports and results for both within and outside.
* Proven experience in Risk management tools and analysis.
* Strong presentation preparation and facilitation skills.
* Demonstrable experience in people leadership, negotiating, and conflict management.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level.
* Proven ability to transition individuals, teams, and organizations.
* Manage, handle, and introduce economies of repetition in project execution through guidance and metrics of project management. Grasps and meets goals quickly.
