As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef, responsible for organising and running the service smoothly and managing the team. This busy restaurant/hotel is well established and has an excellent reputation for food and service, boasting a strong core of repeat business from their clientele. It is located in the tourism hub of Killarney.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
2. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, working both within a team and independently.
4. Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
