HR Business Partner Sanderson is partnering with its leading charity organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for a permanent role for 28 Hours / week.
The successful candidate could work a 5 or 4-day week.
Onsite in the office based in Dublin 6W with flexibility to travel to Dublin 4 and Wicklow Core Duties Advise staff and managers on HR, ER, and IR matters.
Lead employee and industrial relations in assigned areas.
Develop open communication with trade unions/staff representatives.
Conduct disciplinary, grievance investigations, and hearings.
Manage Dignity at Work (DAW) matters.
Participate in recruitment panels for senior/specialist posts.
Assist with HR Department financial management, including budgets and manpower planning.
Set and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with departments.
Oversee HR activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs like absenteeism and agency rates.
Manage junior HR staff.
Ensure adherence to absence management processes.
Foster commitment and participation among staff in HR development.
Maintain effective communication protocols.
Review and implement HR practice standards.
Attend relevant meetings and represent the organisation externally.
Collect and compile HR KPI statistics.
Review and develop HR policies and procedures.
Lead HR projects as assigned.
Skills and Experience Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HR CIPD membership Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience working in a fast-paced HR department in a similar role Experience with industrial relations matters Experience delivering training to groups and facilitating teams A strong background in project management Experience representing employer at third party forums under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office package, i.e.
Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc.
