Skills:
1. At least 3+ Years of total experience with 2 years of experience in a support role
2. Knowledge or experience of some of the following will be a distinct advantage:
* SWIFT Payments
* UNIX / LINUX
* AIX
* Oracle or other basic SQL
* MQ
* Experience in Banking Domain
This role will require working in night shifts - 5 days (Could be any 5 days of the week based on ROTA).
The candidates would be required working from Cabinteely (Dublin 18) location all 5 days.
This role will require resources to work additionally over weekends for any deployments etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of issues and be proactive in coordinating distributed teams to resolve issues within the specified SLAs.
2. Work closely with the team to share and prioritize work load for self and team members within cluster, consistent with any appropriate direction from customer.
3. Strong work ethic with an ability to learn on the job and work well under pressure.
4. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
5. Ability to work with little supervision, but within boundaries.
6. Strong communication skills at all levels (written and oral).
7. Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability.

10. Capable of resolving complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
11. Proactive problem solving experience, using judgement to make decisions where no clear precedent may exist.
12. Strong work organization and prioritization skills.
13. As part of small tactical changes, undertake analysis, code development & testing including test approach, implementation approach planning & production deployment.
14. Engage with customer SME and any other stakeholders (3rd parties) as needed.
15. Prepare and submit status reports.
16. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the methods, productivity and quality of work produced.
