Job Title: Financial Security (AML/KYC/CFT/Sanctions) Manager
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Security Manager to join the existing Compliance team in Amundi Ireland's Fund Management business.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Irish domiciled Funds for which Amundi acts as the appointed Management Company.
2. Collate information for and prepare MLRO reporting to Fund Boards.
3. Conduct oversight over appointed external Service Providers to the Funds, Fund Administrators, Transfer Agents, and Distributors, ensuring and monitoring the application of Funds' Financial Security policies and procedures.
4. SUPPORT THE DESIGNATED PERSONS FOR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND DISTRIBUTION ON FUND MLRO MATTERS.
5. DESIGN, CONTRIBUTE TO, AND ADVISE ON THE COMPLIANCE CONTROLS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES.
6. DESIGN AND DELIVER EFFECTIVE REGULATORY TRAINING AND AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS.
7. KEEP UP TO DATE WITH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS AND REGULATORY DEVELOPMENTS AND CHANGES, SPECIFICALLY THOSE RELATED TO OR IMPACTING FINANCIAL SECURITY, AND UPDATE AND/OR PROVIDE ADVICE ON UPDATES TO RELATED POLICIES.
8. CONTRIBUTETO THE CREATION OF MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION OF COMPLIANCE MATTERS.
9. CONTRIBUTETO THE COMPLIANCE FUNCTION AND PROVIDE ADVICE, INPUT, AND ASSISTANCE ON REGULATIONS AND ON COMPLIANCE POLICIES TOGETHER WITH MONITORING ACTIVITIES.
10. REPRESENT AND/OR TAKE THE LEAD FOR COMPLIANCE ON PROJECTS, INCLUDING REGULATORY DEVELOPMENTS.
11. LEAD AND/OR CONTRIBUTE TO RESPONSES TO CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND'S (CBI) REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION, ETC.
12. ESTABLISH STRONG PARTNERSHIPS AND LIAISE WITH COMPLIANCE COLLEAGUES IN OTHER AMUNDI LOCATIONS.

* STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH AN ABILITY TO ADD VALUE TO THE BUSINESS AND TO ARTICULATE AND ADVISE ON COMPLEX REGULATORY MATTERS.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
* EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF IRISH ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER TERRORIST FINANCING LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS PLUS INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS.
* EXTENSIVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE ASSET MANAGEMENT/FUND ADMINISTRATION INDUSTRY WITH A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MANCO ENVIRONMENT, AIFMD, UCITS, & CP86 REGULATIONS.
* EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING REGULATORY RELATIONSHIPS (INCLUDING CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND) INCLUDING WORKING WITH TRANSFER AGENTS, FUND ADMINISTRATORS, FUND DISTRIBUTORS, AND OUTSOURCING SERVICE PROVIDERS.
* FAMILIARITY WITH DEALING WITH A MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT.
