Our client is expanding its operation and is looking for a motivated, customer focused analytical team player to join their GSOC team.
The Global Security Operations Centre operates 24/7/365 and the GSOC Analyst will support national and international stakeholders by making the right decisions at the right time.
The GSOC Analyst is responsible for using best practices to identify, investigate and support all incidents that will either impact or potentially impact the business, the brand, assets and or employees.
About the role: The GSOC supports Global offices.
This role is based in our Dublin 2 office.
This is a challenging and exciting chance to join a dynamic and progressive team, with multiple responsibilities which include but are not limited to: Answering routine and emergency alarm calls Monitor alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms.
Provide general assistance to both employees and guests Maintain and enhance security and safety.
You will support all client specific operational tasks.
Conduct investigations and analysis on internal and external incidents. Dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, Local Emergency Services and EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio.
Maintain various records of communications and events.
Use multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact the Client.
Communicate and disseminate information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices.
Perform integral roles in daily operations, supporting the team on a global basis.
Act as a liaison between the Physical Security Department and relevant stakeholders.
Escalate (without delay) complaints and unusual/critical event information to the GSOC Lead.
In addition to standard GSOC duties, the GSOC team are a support mechanism for other parts of the Client business, this includes performing confidential duties and responsibilities, related to shipping and logistics, managing inventory and various other technical tasks.

Qualifications: PSA License Prior experience of a SOC environment is essential.
