In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify new opportunities to expand a rapidly growing segment of the business. You'll lead a team of seasoned Senior Account Managers focused on driving growth across new and existing accounts through strategic sales initiatives, go-to-market (GTM) plans, and outstanding client management — all within a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Senior Account Managers specializing in supporting and scaling strategic app clients.
- Actively engage with high-profile clients, demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and sales strategies while setting the standard for your team.
- Operate with autonomy, proactively resolving operational challenges and minimizing the need for leadership escalation.
- Drive team performance by managing KPIs, exceeding deliverables, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities within the app business ecosystem to boost productivity and client success.
- Play an active role in recruiting and hiring top talent to maintain a world-class team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including weekly 1:1s, performance management, resourcing, coaching, forecasting, and reporting.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in strategic relationship building with clients and internal stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in sales (social media) with a strong focus on applications.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role, with a track record of building, managing, and growing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop strategies that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on mentorship, accountability, and results.

- Base salary of up to 70,000 (DOE) plus a performance bonus of up to 25,000
