Warehouse Administrator
A key role in our client's operations, the Warehouse Administrator will provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth warehouse function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and input data into warehouse systems.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Process incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, report preparation and email correspondence.
* Assist in tracking inventory levels, resolving discrepancies and generating stock reports.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers and customers to manage delivery schedules and queries.
* Support health and safety compliance by maintaining relevant records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment (1-2 years).
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams and external contacts.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
Benefits:
* Permanent position offering a salary in the region of €33,000 depending on experience.
