Sales & Brand Manager – Seafood Suppers (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Dublin (with Nationwide Expansion)
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 base + performance bonus
Own transport required
Job Type: Full-time preferred, but open to part-time (3 days/week) or job share

We’re looking for a Sales & Brand Manager to grow Seafood Suppers, our premium seafood range, in retail stores across Dublin and beyond. This role offers huge growth potential, an opportunity to shape a fast-growing brand, and a chance to work with some of the best seafood in Ireland.
What You’ll Do
1. Grow our retail presence – Secure new stockists and expand our brand.
2. Manage existing accounts – Ensure stockists are performing well, properly merchandised, and well-stocked.
3. Organise and lead in-store tastings & brand activations – Drive awareness and sales.
4. Oversee brand growth & social media – Engage customers, promote new launches, and build an online presence.
5. Be the face of Seafood Suppers – Represent us at events and with key stakeholders.
Who You Are
1. A food lover, especially seafood, with a passion for sustainability and local sourcing.
2. A sales-driven professional with experience in FMCG, food retail, or hospitality.
3. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
4. A relationship builder with strong negotiation skills.
5. A social media-savvy brand builder who understands marketing and consumer engagement.
6. Someone who has a valid driver’s licence & own transport (essential).
