Business Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead sales opportunities with our existing portfolio of businesses in the Sub-Contract Construction/Engineering Industry.
The successful candidate will utilize their Project Manager/Estimator skills and knowledge to identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve agreed sales targets and personal objectives
* Identify and target potential clients, proactively network and build relationships
* Complete regular market, competitor, and sector analysis
* Hold regular communication meetings with project team members throughout the process
* Proactively work on project pipeline
* Complete and submit regular sales reports
* Evaluate and ensure the accuracy of information contained within bids and commercial solutions
* Follow business process for new contract set-ups
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Attend trade shows and make presentations to new and existing customers
What We Offer:
* Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 (negotiable based on experience)
