We seek a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our expanding Public Sector team, supporting clients across the Public & Semi-State Sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within Cpl's Talent Evolution Group.
This position involves supporting public sector and semi-state clients in managing their recruitment campaigns and competitions.
As a team member, you will be client-focused and customer-oriented, traveling to clients' sites, mainly Dublin-based locations, to support their recruitment needs.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be proactive, and interact with clients both in person and virtually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will work within a team, responsible for the administrative aspect of running recruitment campaigns and competitions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the public sector team and clients' teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
* Monitor dedicated client inboxes, responding to candidate queries in a timely manner.
* Acknowledge and review candidate applications.
* Assess candidates' application forms, ensuring they are fully completed and meet essential requirements.
* Prepare relevant recruitment documentation.
* Issue correspondence to candidates.
* Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide a superior candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the full requirement journey.
* Support the team with client recruitment lifecycle management from start to finish.
* Schedule interviews and prepare required documentation.
* Note take at interviews when required, both in person and virtually.
* Attend regular client meetings and support with client reporting.
* Engage with candidates in a timely manner, answering any questions they may have.
* Other duties may be assigned as required.
Requirements for this Role
* Experience working within a recruitment or administrative role.
* Flexibility to attend client sites as required, mainly in Dublin City Centre.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Enjoy working in a process-oriented environment, appreciating the art of administration that gives structure to recruitment campaigns and competitions.
