Job Description
The Client is a leading Main Contractor with over €100m in annual turnover and more than 60 years of continuous trading.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site Construction Activities to ensure timely project completion.
* Supervise and coordinate Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Trades.
* Ensure Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards are met.
* Maintain Quality Control and adherence to Project Specifications.
* Oversee site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving.
* Monitor project costs and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Construction Management or relevant trade experience.
* At least 2+ years of construction experience as a Site Manager/Foreman.
* Strong knowledge of Construction Practices, Regulations, and Safety Standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
