About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT & Technical Support Team Lead to manage our client-facing teams in Killorglin, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage IT and Tech Support Teams
* Maintain high performance levels of service
* Implement systems, procedures, and methodologies for outstanding service delivery
* Oversee the delivery of key IT projects
* Ensure Technical Support service delivery meets performance expectations
* Promote system and service improvements
* Manage people within the small IT team
About You
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Strong IT Security knowledge
* Demonstrated customer focus and leadership skills
* Proficient in ERP systems (SAP Business One an advantage), WMS experience preferred
* Proven project management experience
