Facilities Supervisor required for a busy site as it expands operations.
This role will handle a range of Hard and Soft Services and manage a range of external contractors.
On offer is a full time, permanent role working on site Monday to Friday.

About the Role: Manage and/or lead a small team within facilities.
Develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills Plan and direct assigned operational and project activities with the accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables to optimize efficiency and avoid/minimize adverse impact to safety, quality & operations Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements Work on complex issues where analysis of issues requires in-depth knowledge Manage multiple projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams Skills Required: Proven successful project management leadership skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives Extensive understanding of facilities procedures Extensive knowledge of broad range of facilities technical systems and processes About You: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Experience of working in a highly regulated industry.
A Technical College or University Degree in a Science, Safety, Engineering or related discipline is desirable.
