Job Title: Stock Admin
The role of the Stock Admin will be to maintain the smooth operation of the warehouse stores, stock manage and control. The successful candidate will update our ERP system, prepare reports and provide accurate feedback to the team on stock levels in our warehouse stores.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Daily updating of stocks on our ERP system (Prophet).
* Minimise overstocking through active observation of the stock flow, and analysing internal and external factors.
* Manage the supply of produce effectively in the short, medium and long term through closely monitoring of stock.
* Review orders received versus forecast.
* Ensure Stock counts are performed and reconciled.
* All reports and tasks are to be completed to agreed timescales.
* Ad-hoc duties as directed by Warehouse Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's ordinary/honours degree in Business /or Agri-Food Business/ or IT /or a similar discipline is desirable.
* Excellent level of competency and confidence in using IT systems, including the Microsoft Office programs and capacity to learn new programs quickly.
* Experience using an ERP system, i.e. Prophet or similar would be an advantage.
* Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
* 1 years Experience in a administration role is required.
* Flexibility is essential, as the role requires 5 days over 7 which can include weekends on rotation and different shifts.
* Experience in the FMCG sector is desirable.

Additional Information:
* Salary: Estimated €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
