Clinical and Operational Transformation of Acute Paediatric Healthcare
CHI leads the transformation of acute paediatric healthcare, encompassing hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street, and Tallaght, as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.
Purpose of the Role
The post holder will be assigned to The Alders Unit, a specialist child sexual abuse service. They will contribute to the overall management and leadership of the service while undertaking clinical work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management and leadership of The Alders Unit.
* Undertake clinical work and provide supervision to therapists/staff members employed in the service.
Minimum Requirements
* A recognised postgraduate qualification in Psychotherapy and registration as a full member with a relevant Psychotherapy body.
* At least seven years' experience working therapeutically in a clinical setting, including hours spent in clinical training.
* A minimum of four years' experience working directly with children, including substantial and demonstrable experience working clinically with children, adolescents who have experienced harm or neglect, as well as their parents/carers/families.
* Relevant experience of working in a managerial capacity and providing supervision.
