Job Description:
Pfizer, in partnership with Cpl, seeks an experienced HR Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract at their Newbridge site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and execute routine tasks in delicate situations, such as providing reasonable accommodations.
* Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
* Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
* Handle employee relations counselling.
* Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
* Administer and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
* Oversee and administer other Site Talent programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Analyst.
* Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Strong systems skills and proficiency with HR software and tools.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
