Job Summary
A HR Manager is required to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for a leading service provider of residential and respite services. This role involves leadership and coordination of HR services, succession planning, retention, training, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic HR Leadership: Provide direction and guidance on HR matters.
* Resources Planning, Recruitment & Retention: Develop and implement plans to acquire and retain top talent.
* Employment & Pay Control: Manage employment processes and salary structures.
* Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees.
* Staff Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs.
* Policy Development & Review: Create and update HR policies.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
* HR Systems: Implement and maintain efficient HR systems.
* Health and Safety, and Employee Welfare: Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
