Role Senior Global Technical Manager QA/QC
Location: Remote – Supporting Data Centres across various Locations in Europe

Join our dynamic team as a Global Senior Technical Manager within our quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of mission-critical facility projects worldwide, from project initiation to handover. Leveraging your expertise in QA/QC and project management, you will oversee and support our commissioning teams to deliver resilient, sustainable, and operationally ready facilities. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and navigating complex, matrix organizational structures across global regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead QA/QC commissioning teams globally, ensuring standardized approaches that minimize risk and ensure on-time project completion.
2. Act as a subject matter expert in mission-critical systems, interpreting design documentation to guarantee operational compliance.
3. Champion QA/QC protocols and commissioning best practices, guiding teams through stringent requirements.
4. Drive project alignment with internal QA/QC best practices, overseeing planning, scheduling, and milestone achievement.
5. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to streamline QA/QC processes and ensure effective project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years’ experience in QA/QC and project management; trade background with extensive experience also considered.
2. Expertise in QA/QC systems, ideally within mission-critical environments such as data centers.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
4. Ability to navigate matrix organizations and coordinate global QA/QC projects effectively.
5. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) and advanced technical knowledge (e.g., PLC systems, BMS/BAS) preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
1. Excellent communicator with proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
2. Solution-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
