We are currently working on an exclusive basis with an industry leading Alternative Lending platform who, due to growth and a new fund raise, are looking to hire a senior Lender to join their well-established team.
The successful candidate will have full cycle deal experience.
Responsibilities Managing customer relationships, business development, and loan origination.
Acting as a principal point of contact and assisting with day-to-day portfolio management, deal evaluation, credit writing, and execution of transactions.
Preparing deal pitch documents and leading pitches to clients, monitoring sales leads, and ensuring all opportunities remain accurately reported.
First point of contact for borrowers and key point of contact for corporate services provider and loan service provider.
Requirements 5-10 years' experience in financial services, currently in a commercial or property lending role.
Technical skills in financial modeling, credit writing, credit analysis and reporting, deal analysis, and transaction due diligence.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including internal and external networking, selling, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with investors, banks, and third-party providers.
