Job Summary:
An experienced Deli Supervisor is sought for a Maxol Service Station in Tivoli, Cork. The successful candidate will oversee the Deli Department, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are met, with up-to-date documentation.
* Manage stock and waste control of Deli products.
* Develop innovative ideas to boost sales and standards within the department.
* SUPERVISE AND TRAIN DELI TEAM MEMBERS IN DUTIES SUCH AS COOKING, SERVING, PACKAGING, AND OPERATING COUNTERS.
* Address customer queries with the highest level of professionalism.
* Maintain a positive atmosphere of good Customer Service and teamwork within the Deli area.
* Complete administrative tasks as required.
* Assist in preparing inventory and sales budgets.
* Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in high-pressure situations.
* Fresh food or Deli Management experience.
* Completed Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
