Key Responsibilities:
* New Starter Support: Set up desks and ensure new starters have all the equipment they need to hit the ground running.
* Conduct office tours for new starters, covering health and safety procedures and workplace facilities.
* Post Room Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, ensuring all deliveries are processed efficiently.
* Coordinate with couriers for pickups and deliveries.
* General Workplace Assistance: Ensure shared office spaces are tidy and well-stocked with supplies.
* Provide support for ad-hoc office tasks, helping the team where needed.
What We're Looking For:
