We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accommodation Manager to oversee the guest accommodation services at a prestigious luxury property in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing accommodation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet the highest luxury standards. Supervise and train the accommodation team to deliver outstanding customer service. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and requests. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Prepare and manage the accommodation department budget, ensuring cost efficiency. Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase guest retention. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role in accommodation services, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong leadership and team management skills.
