Job Description
We are seeking a fully qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in company secretarial practice or corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate governance and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Duties include drafting and finalising legal documents, developing and implementing formal policy statements and reports, and maintaining and updating client files.
Familiarity with digital governance and compliance platforms is essential, while some people management experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
* Draft and finalise legal documents, including contracts, notices, agendas, minutes, letters, and policies.
* Develop and implement formal policy statements and reports for internal or external distribution.
* Maintain and update client files, ensuring they reflect current status and are compliant with internal procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Fully qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
* A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in company secretarial practice or corporate governance.
* Familiarity with digital governance and compliance platforms.
* Some people management experience would be an advantage.
