Key ResponsibilitiesSection Management:
Oversee a designated station within the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection
Food Preparation:
Execute recipes with precision, maintaining high standards for presentation and taste
Quality Control:
Ensure that all ingredients and finished dishes meet our strict quality and hygiene standards
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sous chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth, efficient operation
Inventory & Cost Control:
Assist with stock management, portion control, and minimizing food waste
Mentorship:
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment
Compliance:
Uphold all safety, health, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
RequirementsExperience:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or fine dining restaurant
Culinary Skills:
Strong proficiency in modern cooking techniques, plating, and recipe execution
Education:
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Communication:
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Adaptability:
