Job Title: Finance Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Payroll Support: Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Financial Reporting: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including chasing debtors and ensuring timely payments.
* Enter day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
* Support the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
* Experience with Payroll and ability to carry out the monthly/weekly process is crucial.
* Experience in an admin/clerical role, ideally in an Office Manager capacity.
* Strong bookkeeping skills; the role functions as the finance point of contact on-site, managing tasks like posting journals and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
Remuneration: Salary range is between €35,000 to €42,500, Pension, On-site role
