About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead our talented Quality Team at our Shannon site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish clear, measurable quality objectives aligned with company goals and customer needs.
* Acknowledge and respond to customer interactions on quality matters, ensuring their needs are integrated into our processes.
* Lead initiatives that continuously elevate our quality performance, leveraging customer feedback and industry best practices.
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with industry standards (such as ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements.
* Provide direction and coordination to your team to achieve top-notch quality results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* A degree in Science, Quality, or Engineering.
* 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven expertise in Quality Engineering, Assurance, and Systems, with strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Experience leading audits/inspections and spearheading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
* Exceptional customer interaction and communication skills.
