The ideal candidate for the role will have impeccable administrative skills and attention to detail as you will work with a high volume of contracts in the Dutch market and will be responsible for drafting, editing and making amendments. Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with your line manager in managing day to day contract management.
2. Draft and assess contracts, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure precision and compliance.
3. Review and evaluate contract amendments, identifying potential risks and avenues for improvement.
4. Assist the Sales team throughout the contract process, ensuring adherence to company standards and approval protocols.
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address contract-related issues and discrepancies.
6. Maintain accurate records of contract documents and revisions.
7. Provide guidance and support to Sales team members regarding contract-related inquiries.
Requirements
8. Fluency in Dutch language is essential.
9. Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in contract administration or in an administrative role with transferable skills
10. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong proof reading skills and understanding on clauses & wording in contracts.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
