Senior Solution Sales Executive My client, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, is seeking to hire a Solution Sales Executive (SSE).
As a Solution Sales Executive, you will collaborate with account owners to drive solution-focused sales, leverage domain expertise to solve customer challenges, and expand business opportunities through renewals and growth—ensuring long-term customer success
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close opportunitiesDevelop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositionsConduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunitiesWork with wider account team on sales campaignsManage customer relationships at the solution area/buying centre levelProgress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts which are new to the solution areaUtilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processesStay informed about competition and value driversLeverage comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needsBuild customer participation in relevant communities, programs, and eventsFacilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quotaExperience in sales of business software/IT solutionsDeep understanding of the solution and solution innovationsBroad understanding of the solution portfolio and the business processes it enables to drive customer value conversationsEstablished relationships with account teams, Customer Business Office (CBO) teams, and relevant geo unit leadersAlignment with product/solution management teams and marketing organizations a plusDemonstrated success with large transactions and challenging sales pursuitsProven contractual and negotiation skillsExperience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutionsKnowledge of financial, competitive, regulatory environmentExcellent verbal and non-verbal communication skillsStrategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovationExcellent executive presenceResults-drivenStrong commercial/deal support skills, especially subscription-basedIf you are interested in this position, please hit the 'Apply Now' button or email
