Job Summary
We are seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our team in Dublin 18.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a receptionist/front of house role and proven experience supporting senior management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting staff and visitors, providing reception cover, and handling various administrative tasks.
The position requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage multiple inboxes, handle post and courier services, and oversee maintenance reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet staff and visitors
* Provide reception cover, including answering calls, managing multiple inboxes, handling post and courier services
* Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate diaries, and prepare for board meetings
* Deliver comprehensive administrative support to HR and senior management
* Oversee maintenance reports, manage budgets, and assist with event planning
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist/front of house role
* Proven experience supporting senior management
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
