Job Title: CMMS Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CMMS Administrator with extensive experience in Maximo and planning within the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calibration, facilities management, and the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with quality standards and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage maintenance plans using Maximo.
2. Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance activities.
3. Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and cGMP.
4. Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to good documentation practices.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to address maintenance needs and improvements.
6. Provide technical expertise and support to the maintenance team.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
8. Review and upload calibration results to Maximo.
9. Upload work orders to Maximo.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience with Maximo and maintenance planning.
2. Strong background in calibration and facilities management.
3. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on quality and compliance.
4. Knowledge of preventative maintenance and quality audits.
5. Familiarity with good documentation practices and cGMP.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and provide technical guidance.
8. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
9. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
10. Additional qualifications in technical fields related to maintenance and engineering.
