Supply Chain Network Planner
The Production Planner is responsible for all activities related to production planning, demand/capacity management, plan governance, system parametrization and MD review, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Planning: Review alerts, identify proposed changes, prioritize orders, attend material supply meetings, and participate in cross-site calls.
* Demand/Capacity Management: Support monthly demand changes analysis, liaison with supplying sites, model system demand gaps, and manage resource capacity.
* Plan Governance: Support allocation plans, participate in supply governance calls, track root causes, and prioritize remediation actions.
* Parameters and Metrics: Review/update system supply chain master data, monitor key planning metrics, and take actions to improve them.
* Inventory Control: Ensure inventory usage, avoid obsolescence, track and communicate network material inventory, and monitor shelf life.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in technical or business field required; advanced degree a plus.
* Experience in logistics and supply chain management in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
* Understanding of logistics and supply chain environment, process development, and ERP/advanced planning systems.
* Demonstrated analytical, strategic thinking/planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities, complex matrix organization, and strong teamwork orientation.
