EED are working with a scientific organisation in Dublin 14 who are seeking a Sales Administrator / Support candidate on a permanent basis. Driving to the location would be best.
Salary: €33,000 max + Discretionary bonus

The chosen candidate will be responsible for generating a packing list, invoicing and all required customs documentation to ensure shipments are delivered to customers within agreed timeframe. Also, you will be responsible for receiving/checking inbound deliveries & pick and pack product to fulfil customers’ orders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Generate Packing List, Invoices, & associated shipping docs. To ensure no unnecessary delays due to missing paperwork
* Book collections with couriers Fed Ex, DHL, etc.
* Generate Product Labels & assist with labeling when required
* Prioritize shipments according to shipping schedule
* Provide customers with accurate shipping docs./Invoices via email
* Daily tracking of inbound & outbound shipments, alerting customers of delays (outbound) & providing requested information, e.g., import declarations for inbound shipments.
* Accurate and efficient picking & packing of orders to meet customer requirements & courier deadlines
* Ensure products are labeled & packaged correctly
* Monthly stock count to ensure physical stock is accurate
* Receiving inbound deliveries on SAP & store according to temperature requirements
* Requesting quotes from freight companies for high value shipments
* Monitoring & generating Purchase Orders for consumables to ensure continuous stock
* Approving Invoices for payment
* Generate Weekly/Monthly Report for Temperature monitoring devices, acknowledging out of spec. alerts
* Ensure daily/monthly schedules for cleaning & preventative maintenance are adhered to.
* Resolve queries and escalate to management if required
* Adhere to all health & safety procedures when handling product
* Attend weekly shipping meeting & provide accurate update on all inbound and outbound shipments
Essential Requirements:
* Experience / keen interest in business logistics, administration experience is essential
* Ability to use Microsoft Office packages including a working knowledge of Excel
* Previous experience in Sales Order Processing/fulfilment for export would be preferred
* Attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, prioritize workload
* Proactive problem solver
* Excellent Organizational skills
* Previous experience working in life sciences industry would be preferred but not essential
* SAP experience is desirable
