As a member of our Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, securing new customers, delivering solutions, and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients and trusted vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
* Build rapport and effectively communicate our value proposition to business customers.
* Identify and understand customer IT Security requirements, presenting the benefits of best-fit solutions.
* Demonstrate the value of proposed solutions through online demonstrations, on-site meetings, and product evaluations.
* Assist customers in building a business case where needed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Process sales once they are successfully signed off.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the cybersecurity industry or a similar field.
* Ability to provide consultative advice on organizational products and services.
