Estimator Role
This is a full-time on-site Estimator role responsible for planning, producing, and providing accurate cost estimates for complete door, access control, specialist glazing, and partition solutions.
* Analyzing project requirements
* Conducting material and labor cost analysis
* Preparing detailed project estimates
Key Qualifications
* Experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, and project planning
* Knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
* Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
