About the Role
In this key position, you will be essential in managing the company's debt ledger and supporting the Credit Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include:

* Processing payments, invoices, and credits while addressing customer queries

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Experience in an accounts department (experience in credit or accounts receivable is advantageous)
* A solid understanding of debt ledgers, payment applications, and overdue management

Responsibilities
Maintain high standards in customer account management, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to queries. Accurately apply funds and manage communications with customers.
Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly reports as required. Support customer escalations and work closely with internal teams to achieve department KPIs.
Train new team members on SLA standards and departmental procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable or payable
* Relevant qualifications are an advantage
* Full Class B drivers license with flexibility to travel if needed
