Job Title: Office & Customer Support Specialist (Full Time)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our small team as an Office & Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing office operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support
o Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.
o Own the service delivery process from order to installation.
o Manage contractor and supplier relationships.
o Coordinate stock management, including delivery and shipping.
o Configure hardware and software according to customer requirements.
o Schedule and support site visits for contractors.
o Maintain accurate installation records and job tracking.
o Collaborate with technical support to resolve customer issues.
* Office Support
o Provide first-point-of-contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
o Ensure smooth daily office operations.
o Coordinatet Health & Safety initiatives.
o Assist with general administrative tasks.
o Receive and manage post and deliveries.
o Order supplies and manage inventory.
o Gather and log invoices for finance.
o Support event bookings and logistics.
o Verify orders and invoices, track purchase orders.
o Contribute to sales invoicing and supplier payments.
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support, administration, or sales/purchasing administration.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
* Proven ability to work under deadlines, adapt, and multitask.
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Work Arrangements:
4 days onsite in Limerick, 1 day remote work arrangement.
