Finance Director – Finance Business Partnering

Responsibilities
* Manage complex functional areas/business units with multiple service lines.
* Provide analysis, interpretation, and advice on large scale strategy decisions to the business president.
* Contribute to the financial & business strategy in both global and regional environments.
* Coordinate, compile, and deliver key reports such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Budgets to the CEO and CFO.
* Manage departmental teams around execution of functional activities and process improvements.
* Demonstrate exemplary people management.
* Build strong working relationships with operational business partners.
* Influence day-to-day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business.
* Be the interface or ‘translator’ between finance and operations.
* Understand and anticipate the needs of both operations and management.
Requirements
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.) or relevant years’ experience.
* A minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial analysis or financial analysis and planning.
* Experience in managing functional areas, service lines, and teams.
* Results-focused – understands what is important to senior management and the wider community of employees.
* A self-confident, decisive personality with superior interpersonal skills that invite participation and engagement through effective communication and the ability to influence and negotiate.
* An accomplished leader with a reputation for tenacity, determination, and professionalism while able to accommodate compromise.
* A dedicated professional, committed to delivering superior service through an open disposition and a willingness to listen and learn.
* Proactive approach to problem identification and solving, designed to be one step ahead to ensure budgets are met.
