Job Title: Instructor - Focus Programme
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Instructor to join our team at the National Learning Network in Tralee. As a Rehabilitation Training Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping learners develop essential personal, social, and vocational skills, empowering them to make independent choices and progress towards greater independence.

About the Role:
* Develop and deliver training sessions tailored to each learner's needs, supporting them in creating personalized plans that reflect their goals and choices.
* Conduct one-on-one key working sessions to guide learners in planning their progress and setting future goals, using creative approaches like art, music, and assistive technology.
* Support learners in the classroom, remotely, and within the community to build confidence and independence in everyday tasks.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve program quality and contribute to an inclusive, excellence-driven learning environment.
Requirements:
* Mental health and recovery model experience or qualifications are desired.
* A third-level qualification in Education, Training, or Social Sciences, with additional training qualifications (e.g., Train the Trainer).
* Familiarity with working with individuals with mental health and other support needs, including delivering QQI-accredited modules.
* Strong IT skills to support blended learning and recovery-oriented practices, person-centred planning.
