- Minimum experience:4+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service.
- Minimum educational requirements: National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality Management preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of all departments, ensuring high standards and adequate staffing to meet business demands.
Motivate and manage Heads of Departments to achieve optimal performance.
Be a Brand leader in all that you do to ensure that all teams are immersed in the RED brand.
Manage the hotel's operations in the absence of the General Manager Monitor hotel's overall service and team work and ensure that continuous improvement is being encouraged.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure that targets are met.
Ensure hotel is always prepared for brand audits and all other compliance audits.
Be the Health & Safety Champion for the business ensuring a safe environment for all employees and guests.
Be active participant in the hotels Responsible Business team.
Ensure that employees are adequately trained and Brand Standards are consistently delivered throughout the hotel.
Handle and follow up on guest complaints escalating to the General Manager when necessary.
Provide support across all departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.

Proven experience in an Operations role, ideally within a hotel environment 2.
