Job Title: AI Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive AI architectures and data strategies to address complex organizational needs.
Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including generative AI models, predictive analytics, and machine learning systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of AI and data projects, from initial discovery and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
Create and implement data pipelines and engineering frameworks to integrate AI models seamlessly within enterprise ecosystems.
Promote the adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics, ensuring alignment with measurable organizational goals.
Guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI and data-driven solutions.
Stay informed about advancements in AI and data technologies, identifying tools and methodologies to enhance solutions and strategies.
Provide mentorship to team members, sharing expertise in AI, data architecture, and industry best practices to build overall capability.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in AI architecture, data engineering, and delivering solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, integration, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Extensive knowledge of generative AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
Proficiency in ETL processes, designing data pipelines, and implementing data governance practices.
Strong project management capabilities to execute complex AI and data initiatives within defined timelines and scope.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment across organizational teams.
Desirable Skills:
Masters degree in artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
Experience in delivering scalable AI and data architectures, particularly in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act) and their implications for AI solutions.
A well-rounded skill set combining technical expertise with business insight, enabling effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
