Job Description
Tirln is offering a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our Innovation team as a R&D Associate.
This role will be onsite, located in our Innovation Centre in Ballyragget, and reports to the Advanced Analytical Senior Manager.
The role supports the delivery of our Research & Development functions, specifically focusing on improving data analysis and communication.
Responsibilities
* Aggregate existing R&D data and work with colleagues to analyse it for insights.
* Build new ways of working around data generation and collection.
* Develop new databases to streamline the data analysis process.
* Develop the R&D strategy around AI and machine learning.
* Collaborate with various NPD teams in developing and deploying models to optimise processing and spray drying operations.
* Upskill colleagues on data analysis principles and techniques where required.
Requirements
* Exploratory data analytics and visualisation.
* Predictive and prescriptive modelling and analytics.
* Database technology.
* Machine learning and AI.
* Experience working with small data sets.
* Strong communicator and collaborator.
* Knowledge of dairy and cereal processing is an advantage.
