Job Purpose
The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of CR2’s marketing campaigns to drive significant commercial growth. This role requires a strategic, data-driven individual with strong implementation expertise across B2B marketing channels. The successful candidate will leverage automation, AI, and market insights to enhance lead generation and qualification, ensuring scalable marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Management
Lead CR2’s Marketing Campaign Programme to support commercial growth objectives.
Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to tailor campaigns and contribute to a data-driven culture.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy development to performance analysis.
Marketing Automation & AI Integration
Implement scalable and automated marketing solutions to optimise campaign efficiency.
Leverage AI to scale lead generation and qualification processes.
Continuously explore and innovate AI-driven campaign strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
Ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse cultures and organisational levels.
Performance Monitoring & Budget Management
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximising ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs and SQLs to assess campaign success.
Multi-Channel Marketing Execution
Oversee and manage the complete marketing mix, including digital, social media, email, and other B2B channels.
Utilise platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce to optimise campaign execution.
Drive creativity and innovation in developing compelling marketing messages and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in global campaign management, ideally within financial technology or software industries.
Demonstrated ability to scale MQLs and SQLs profitably across multiple channels.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional certification in digital marketing.
